Refund Criteria
The following criteria must be met for a refund to be granted:

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
   – If the request is made after 15 days from the purchase date.
   – If you have completed the entire course.
Cancellation Process
Customers can cancel their course enrollment by contacting customer support via email at info@chadhasales.com. There is no different process for immediate cancellations versus those that occur after some access.
Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the request.
Customers will be notified of the refund status through email.
Exceptions
All courses are refundable under the conditions mentioned above.
In special circumstances, such as if a refund request is made in advance at the time of enrollment, the refund period can be extended to 30 days. This extension must be approved through written confirmation via email.
